We have established Australia's first Co-Operative for fleet managers, fleet owners and fleet operators.  This Co-Operative has been created for line-haul, long-haul and heavy vehicle owners and operators and has been developed for the small to medium fleet owner and operator.

In an already tough industry, the recent increase of fuel prices and goods from suppliers has made it even tougher.  Given that some operators are willing to undercut their fellow operator, the need for a Co-Operative has never been more prevalent.

Owners, operators and managers of fleets retain their ownership.  Each heavy vehicle subscribing to the Fleet Managers Co-Operative is entitled to one (1) share.  The cost to be involved in the Co-Operative is minimal.

The Co-Operative provides our members with the opportunity to leverage off the buying power of over 500 heavy vehicles for fuel, servicing, tyres, heavy equipment and new equipment.  The buying power for new fleets has never been so powerful.  If effect, Fleet Managers Co-Operative has the largest heavy vehicle fleet in Asia Pacific made up of its Co-Operative Members.

Tendering for new business remains competitive, but will also provide a stable pricing structure and enables profitable operations by our members.  The Co-Operative lends its support to tendering activities to place our 500-strong fleet at the front of the tendering process.
