Traditionally, PoD systems have been an expensive option for transport operators. We recognised this some time ago, and recently launched our MobileFORMS service. MobileFORMS enables you to create, publish and edit your own electronic form templates, so that your field personnel can capture data (including signatures / photos) and for real-time reporting.

Consider using electronic forms for proof of delivery, signature capture, incident reports, equipment check lists, accident reports, etc. Almost any paperbased form can be replaced with electronic forms, and can be a powerful tool when used with our Dispatch, Scheduling and Optimisation Systems.

We have turnkey solutions immediately available for BlackBerry, Wiindows Mobile, Sonim and Android (including tablets), as well as barcode enabled devices from Intermec / Motorola / Honeywell / etc.
